Following a year in which international students faced unprecedented challenges in pursuing their studies abroad, the results of the 2021 INTO Student Experience Survey reveal that students have never been more satisfied with the overall experience, learning, and support provided by INTO programmes in the US and UK. A record-breaking 94% of students expressed they were satisfied with their overall experience on INTO programmes, while 91% indicated they were satisfied with their learning experience and 96% indicated they were satisfied with the support they received over the course of their programmes.
In addition to record-breaking satisfaction scores, students who participated in INTO programmes in the US and UK last year were exceedingly willing to recommend INTO to friends hoping to enroll in a study abroad programme. In the US, 85% of students would recommend INTO, and in the UK, 83% of students would do the same—both of which constitute record-breaking results.
An unrivalled, transformative student experience lies at the heart of INTO’s mission. Though INTO is traditionally known for its provision of in-person courses in partnership with high-ranking US and UK universities, the results of this year’s student experience survey speak to the dedication and adaptability of teachers and staff meeting students where they are despite travel restrictions due to Covid-19, as well as the commitment of students navigating the transition to online learning.
