The role involves supporting our digital strategy for the local market through the provision of translation and localisation insights. Digital channels include website, social media, and video content.

Role and responsibilities

  • Provide market insight to support local language website development and social media campaigns
  • Translate, localise, and populate content in our Content Management System
  • Provide translation and content support for video production 
  • Produce baseline reporting for local language website performance
  • Optimise content and technical elements of the website and associated digital media - including localised keyword research and analysis - to increase visibility in local search. 
  • Liaise with other members of INTO’s marketing network to contribute to the development of localised and optimised content that drives conversion and demand generation

Information Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Information Analyst to join our MIS Team at our headquaters in Central Brighton.

The post is a technical role in the team that will focus on supporting users of our global MIS technology and ensuring the efficacy and quality of our reporting systems.

The role’s primary focus will be on development and support of our front-end BI tools, designing useful reports consistent with business specification and our OneSight branding, with a secondary focus on assessing the quality and validity of those outputs and ensuring that all documentation is concise and correct for internal and external users.

Key accountabilities and duties

  • Supporting the MIS team with maintenance of Power BI, Report Manager, SQL Server and related reporting systems, helping to ensure a useful and reliable reporting function for the business
  • Developing Power BI reports based on specification from the business
  • Working with the MIS team to assess the validity of reporting metrics and outputs, and the usability of production reports
  • Developing and maintaining clear and concise documentation for both internal customers (covering BAU processes and systems) and external customers (covering usage of reports and metrics)
  • Assisting in the building, documentation and execution of test cases and scripts for MIS reports and systems
  • Working with developers and analysts to complete QA of data between reporting systems, and of reports both in development and production, and to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues
  • Validating that user expectations are achieved during the testing process, reviewing user requirements
